2. Shipping Destinations
RB Atelier ships within the Netherlands and may also ship internationally, depending on the shipping options available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not offer standard shipping to that destination.
3. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received or authorised.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver your order no later than 30 days after the purchase agreement is formed. If delivery is delayed beyond this period, we will inform you and you may have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value. Any free-shipping conditions will be shown on our website or during checkout.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take some time to appear.
7. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
RB Atelier is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details, we may charge reasonable costs for reshipping.
8. Delivery Responsibility
For consumer orders, RB Atelier remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at:

If the parcel is confirmed lost before delivery, or if the product arrives damaged, we will provide an appropriate solution in line with Dutch/EU consumer law.
10. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees may apply.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
RB Atelier is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
